An interim or partial award is not defined under Pakistani law. But you could argue that the definition of a foreign award is a broad, all-inclusive one that would also include an interim award. It could be countered by saying that such awards were never meant to be considered as final and enforceable awards otherwise the law would have expressly recognized them.
