Most recently, we drafted research memos in connection with the duties of an inspector under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Inspection Manual and on whether under a Business Service Agreement, a type of an adhestion contract, the party with the superior bargaining power can withold funds of the weaker party for an alleged breach of contract.
